Pros
Good health insurance and PTO policy, flexible to WFH.
Cons
You are required to act according to the opinions of higher management, even if they are wrong and unreasonable. They never listen to the correct opinions of employees. Many tasks are assigned at any time and people compete with each other. It is normal to work until 10-11 pm even if you feel very tired. There is no work-life balance. If you don't work overtime, you will be compared with others and criticized for your productivity, but you will never be paid more for it. Your immediate manager has the largest power. He/she decides all your performance and you have no chance to contact your skip manager. If your manager is not good or does not like you, you are in great danger and it is difficult to change your situation. The company's operating conditions have been very poor in recent years. There have never been bonuses, and people are often laid off without reason. After I came here, I saw colleagues around me being fired even if they worked very hard and had no problems.
