Pros
Work-life balance Management degrad. the employees. They pay the operators 12 to 13 to start off and won't give raises. Job security and advancement No job security for regular operators. A supervisor turns over a $300,000 piece of machinery and isn't written up but a couple of parts is bad and the Operator gets written up or possibly fired. Management They are clueless about their jobs. Only the worker's has to wear facemasks while Management doesn't and you'll get written up while management won't..ie, HR. They have military veterans with leadership skills and they don't use them. They promoted a person without a degree to the Engineering Department but doesn't promote others who has a degree. Culture It's so toxic that no one wants to collaborate with one another. HR always has their doors LOCKED. If you go to them about an issue they call the higher ups and tell. Overall Very bad place to work. The BK's get promoted. I wouldn't let my worst enemies work there. They treat military veterans badly and will not listen to them for leadership critiques. They go against OSHA protocols for safety.
Cons
Everything about this place is bad.
