Cons
mediocre primary and secondary conditions for highly skilled jobs
position growth opportunities are limited due to company size
on-boarding is a bit steep
* Good for a starting graduate.
* Great motion systems and technology to work on.
* Interesting clients.
* Organic and lean organization.
* Open and collegial atmosphere.
* Great espresso machine.
Cons
* Not much visible leadership around in the office.
* Internal communication is not the company's strongest point.
* Some of the company owners/founders are very dominant in the product development process.
* Not too much room for discussion. Often the employee will be cut off by the management.
* Many of the young employees have not seen other companies from inside and unfortunately believe there is only one method/way of working.
* Division between blue and white collar employees.
* Great playground for rough-mannered people.
* Company perks limited.
* Not really new employee friendly.
* Different departments are not collaborating smooth.
* Company is often without WiFi so communication is not optimal.
* Office Building has no real climate control and few windows so room temperature depends on what the weather is. (so bring the right clothes to be comfy at work).
* Not much parking space available. First come first serve. And parking in the side streets is not cheap imagine you have to park there every day.
* Last but not least: The office location is difficult to reach from South Holland (Rotterdam / Delft / Den Haag) by public transport. Often the tramlines "26" are defunct. Some folks spend 4 hours a day in traffic to do a job at E2M.
