Paid poorly. Not a lot of guidance.

Pros

No good thing at all.

Cons

Company is too toxic. They do not think about employees at all. Managers are expected to be only " Yes man" of the upper management. In a world where flexibility, work life balance plays a huge role, EB is still stuck at ensuring that even though work is done, salary of an employee gets deducted or put on hold because they have missed out on a few minutes of attendance or not filled their JIRA logs. Appraisals are like joke. HR are also yes men of upper management. Work load is such that a manager cannot even imagine of getting a cup of coffee in peace. 1 manager is expected to manage 8+ projects at a time in addition to people management, OKR tracking, ensuring hiring needs are met, attending n number of meetings a day. Company's SSF is also deducted from your salary. And, too many policies are always in place to ensure the employees are always kept as prisoners. Employee is not respected at all. Worst company to work for. And the growth is something that one can forget when you enter the organisation. A person who has been working as a developer will never be promoted if he is a good develoepr; see the irony? Over times are imposed on employees; availability of team member is never confirmed, it is assumed that even on weekend, they will be ready to work. All the awards they say they have won are bought, not earned.
