Pros

I entered EBQ in February 2020 as a Sales Development Representative, with no actual experience in sales. I come from a background within food service and customer service, and their onboarding and training program is so in depth and supportive! It was definitely overwhelming for the first month, but it really sets you up for success. The culture is unlike any corporate culture I have seen and I love it. Everyone is extremely welcoming, supportive, and fun! Its a family-type culture and very team work oriented. My Project Managers knew how hard I was trying and kept me motivated, even on months I could not reach my quota. I was really excited to move over to a new role and I am continuing to grow within the company and my personal skill set. The growth opportunities are amazing and you never feel stuck. There is open door communication across the company and you really feel recognized for the small wins and big wins. Its not a corporate feel, but we do have a very structured process which keeps everyone on the same page. Work Life Balance is actually a thing they take seriously! Its a set schedule with weekends off (and coming from food service, its a blessing!) and you are not expected to work past 5 PM. All in all, I highly recommend working for this company!

Cons

With being a growing company, some things can fall through the cracks, and unfortunately, my 6 month review was mistakenly overlooked. But it was rectified once I spoke up and we scheduled it.

Pros

A good starting place for sales to teach you the fundamentals top to bottom.

Cons

Poor management and direction. Incredibly difficult workload for the salary. You'll be working multiple difficult to manage projects at once with minimal support.
