Pros
Although I’ve only been here for almost a year, I can genuinely say this is a recruitment agency led by some of the most caring and down-to-earth people I’ve ever worked with. I’m not a recruiter, but I sit alongside the teams every day. The support is real, people are always willing to help, and there’s a genuine sense of working together to share success across the business. From my experience, there are endless opportunities to learn on the job and build new skills. The leadership team listens. They welcome ideas and encourage anything that could help the business grow. As someone in marketing, that’s given me a lot of space to be creative, partner with the teams, boost brand visibility and be a hands-on support to sales. Every bit of effort is noticed and appreciated. The culture here is genuinely rewarding. Everyone works hard, which means the team gets to enjoy great incentives, team days and plenty of fun outside the office. Just as importantly, even though recruitment can sometimes mean taking the odd call or email outside office hours, there’s real respect for personal time. With so many parents in the global team, there’s an understanding that health, family and home life have to come first.
Cons
Honestly, none. After working with other recruitment agencies, I can say some of the older reviews don’t reflect what it’s actually like to work here. They simply don’t compare. There are challenging days, and that’s part of recruitment. When a candidate drops out of a process or targets feel out of reach, the pressure does rise, but the management team is hands-on, quick to help, and genuinely supportive. The support system is solid, and I’ve no doubt they’d be brilliant if I ever faced any issues.
