Management truly cares (and demonstrates it) about employees, teaming partners and clients. Strong shared mission, vision, and values.
Cons
Key personnel are often stretched too thin and cannot always accomplish the key Quadrant 2 activities they know are important. This has and may in the future result in losing good people. Something everyone needs to work hard to avoid.
