      Pros

      The growth here from 2005 thru 2010 was remarkable, brought about by management's foresight, altering the business plan so as to capitalize on high risk/high reward contracts, stellar positioning and pure daring.

      Cons

      For any CM/PM position or higher, plan on 70 hour weeks. Great projects but extensive travel.
