Pros
Great company, and they will not judge you base on your experience but base on your character and what you can bring in the table, the benefits was great that you may want to stay with them for a longer time, they have recration area that the employee can use anytime to de-stress. Management is supportive and approchable they always look into your growth.
Cons
Some of the account are seasonal meaning, even you still wanted to stay the account will dissolve. However, ECE will try to rehire to another account.
