Pros

Very customer focused; casual dress code; excellent tools (hardware and software) to function effectively and efficiently; employees are willing to help each other to accomplish tasks; comfortable work environment; descent benefits (medical, dental, vision); free parking.

Cons

Once you are hired, there is no upward mobility; employee morale is low; salaries are below average for area according to CareerBuilder and Salary.com (75% of people doing the same work in the Dallas/Ft Worth area average 16% more; and 50% average 31% more); no incentive to remain with organization; there appears to be no formal bonus structure in place; in my case, there is no feedback on individual performance.

Pros

Great culture and work life balance. Leadership is personable and knowledgeable.

Cons

Other departments may not share the same culture. So this mostly reflects the finance department which has been my experience.

Pros

Work remotely, potential to move around within company

Cons

Lots of corporate time wasting, where nothing seems to function efficiently because there’s too many higher-ups hired to “oversee” or manage nothing. Seemed like they were so committed to selling the mission and vision to employees that they took no time to focus on improving the products to actually have long term value.
