Management is not good.
Nobody to guide you.
No supports from team members or team leader. They doesn't even communicate with others.
Pay very less salary which is not even enough to fulfill our basic needs.
No job security.
Work pressure is more (most of the times you need to work even saturdays and extra with no extra pay)
Career growth is zero.
At the time of hike they will fire with giving a reason that you're not productive.
There are lot of cons, If you ever looking for growth and learn never ever join this organization. You future will be ruined if you join this organization.
