Pros
Very secure place to work with a medium salary and a lot of perks. Also there is a sentiment of pride in all employees to be a part of a company whith sucha history and importance in Portugal
Cons
There is not a career path per se at EDP. Little visibility on how to achieve the next level and the promotion decisions are not always based on merit. All together I think EDP has a lot of room for improvement
