      Pros

      I thought this was a good company to work for, because I felt like people were willing to take everyone's ideas into account and communicate respectfully. The parameters of the work to be done were also clear.

      Cons

      There was not always a steady stream of work or other projects to compensate. There weren't many opportunities for professional growth or to participate in regular writing of tests or behind-the-scenes development, as a part-time member.

      Pros

      Some pros include being able to work whenever you want, the possibility of making around $20/hr, and occasionally getting feedback.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that we sometimes go days without any available tests. They also do not tell you when tests are released, so unless you log in and check four times a day, it's very common that they'll upload a small batch of tests and they'll be gone by the next time you log in.
