Great reputation in the industry. Solid game library. Smart and capable peers. Interesting and novel product offering.

Terrible benefits - PTO is incredibly inadequate, sick and vacation time are blended into one (small) pool, medical/dental/vision is horrible, and they don't match on the 401k. Very little company or office culture. No upward mobility at all. No job security. No clear vision or leadership.
