Favoritism and internal politics affect professional growth. Unqualified or undertrained managers in key positions. Lack of transparency in communication, especially around exits and benefits. HR is unresponsive and avoids employee concerns. Commitments (like bonuses or exit discussions) are made informally and later denied. No clear grievance redressal system or accountability. Management discourages questioning or challenging unfair practices.
