The company offers Competitive pay.

Management is very unprofessional. Talks about fellow employees amongst other employees. The manager in the call center sits on her butt all day. She doesn’t train her new employees properly and gets upset when they have a question. She talks about her fellow employees as soon as they walk out of the door. Human resource is way out of line. She includes herself way to far in your private life. She puts you on her computer at her desk and sit behind you as you sign up for benefits and 401k. I have never experienced this at any job.
