      Pros

      Coworkers are some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. Laid back working environment most of the time.

      Cons

      Owner is an egomaniac, HR only exists to protect the owner, floor level management is poorly trained and unaware, raises are rarely given and when they are, they consist of 25 cents once per year, what you make when you start is what you will make the entire time you’re here.

      Pros

      I worked at EFE for about 3 months and I really enjoyed it. The environment was relaxed and welcoming. All the employees were helpful and friendly. I learned many things about manufacturing (specially LEAN) and I. The management team was nice

      Cons

      I did not find any cons about working here. The job itself can be a bit repetitive sometimes.

      2 paid 10 min breaks, 30 min lunch break, coworkers, maybe a slice of pizza if your good

      Cons

      Lack of raises, poor communication, bad management, little to no room for growth, egotistical owner
