Pros
The provision of free food and the hobby program are the only benefits.
Cons
I find it crucial to shed light on the disparity between the company's promoted culture and the actual working environment. The proclaimed culture, often presented as the holy grail, is far from the reality on the ground. While the rhetoric surrounding cultural values is strong, the day-to-day experience reveals an atmosphere that falls short of the ideals communicated. There seems to be a disconnection between what is preached and what is practiced.
The actual working culture is, unfortunately, far from the collaborative, supportive, and inclusive environment that is promoted. Instances of favoritism, lack of transparency, and a noticeable divide between certain teams suggest that the proclaimed culture is more of an aspiration than a lived reality.
