      No overwork. Safety job. Good traders.

      Cons

      The way of working like 30-40 years before. Big gap between the the company practise and the current trends. The top management makes the lowest level decision also. No changes - no creativity - no progress in your expertise.

      Pros

      The work is easy and doesn't require much thinking.

      Cons

      You have to pay a toll to get to the office. Repetitive work, little advancement opportunity, no incentives to be more productive.
