The R&D team is full of great, personable, kind-natured, friendly scientists and research associates that make for a great culture of camaraderie in the workplace. The science is fantastic and the product they are working towards producing stands to solve a monumental problem in healthcare.
Cons
Pay is well below industry standard. Information around promotions and career growth is purposefully left vague. Not a particularly diverse workplace. Poor work-life balance.
