      You get paid, although below industry average (yep, I asked a few of my peers)

      Power structure is like a dictatorship Toxic culture; in-fighting and negativity is encouraged to weed out the "weak" Turnover is so high that you feel like you're taking 2 steps forward, 3 steps back with your work

      Pros

      Great staff and management, relatively flexible schedule, easy to manage if you are able to make goals

      Cons

      I have no cons besides the departmental growth, there is only one position above engagement agent and its borderline worse deal than remaining an engagement agent, as you lose access to quarterly bonuses and other benefits, KPIs can also be stressful but at the end of the day its a sales job
