      - Really a purpose oriented company with a mission to change the world - Excellent and fun international team and culture: low hierarchies, a lot of transparency and respect and really nice and friendly people that work well together - Fast growth and a lot of learning opportunities

      Extremely unfair performance reviews Discriminatory promotions to staff Employees' welfare mostly is disregarded Numerous trial and error policies on junior staff 85% of your work will be to attend meetings and it becomes draining. No job security as you're given short term contracts Stingy KE management. They're too frugal with paying for good training venues The management disregards/ignores controversial anonymous comments or reviews
