      Pros

      It's simple, if you want to start a career in Sales (especially IT) this is the perfect place to start. Great training, great Management, lot's of career opportunities inside & outside the company. I have been working here for two years and know a lot of people who got very successful in sales jobs in top IT companies.

      Cons

      A lot of the agents only work because they don't speak the language (Spanish) in Barcelona and don't find jobs in their respective field - they often are unmotivated and don't understand why they should improve on the daily bases (looking into some of the comments above ;-) )

      Pros

      The team fosters a sense of culture that you cannot easily find in corporate businesses, operates like a family. The work is straightforward and you will succeed if you have drive, determination and creativity

      Cons

      No negatives unless one is looking for a position that is 100% remote, which is difficult to come by for businesses post-COVID
