* Many EIS branches in other countries, international co-workers and option to move to other country without switching job
* Lots of career development options - being a big company with many projects, there is plenty of room for personal development.
* Competitive salary
* Excellent leadership that cares about employees
* Trainings and personal development camps
Cons
Nothing really sticks out, as an employee for a long time, I haven't found cons for working for this company.

If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.
Cons
Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
