      Pros

      Joined a little more than 3 month ago. Love the flexibility to work remotely, the international work environment, good remuneration package and the simple, but highly effective suite of tools used here. Great colleagues and supportive Project Leads.

      Up to the moment, can't think of any cons important enough to mention.

      Pros

      If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

      Cons

      Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
