      - a modern stack - salary with annual bonus - comfortable pace, time for personal improvement

      Cons

      - too many custom frameworks that make you progress in scope of them but not as an engineer in general - the new platform is not fully in production yet and it won’t be in near future - no work with production because of p.2 - the design decisions made are not production ready because of p.2

      Pros

      If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

      Cons

      Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
