      The culture is not toxic as the boss doesn’t allowed that.

      Cons

      No basic salary as far as I know (as of when I worked there in 2024). Only commission. Only work half a year though.

      Good and supportive colleagues. Training was provided and guided me through. Everyone is energetic.
