Pros
Choose your own hours and shifts by signing up which days you want to work; pay is ok but not great
Cons
No guaranteed hours at all. Very strict with break time; will be reprimanded if even 1 min. late. Not allowed to talk to other employees. Always must call before each shift to verify if there is work for that day; no work, no shift and no pay. Common to go a long period of time without work. This should only be a secondary job
