Pros
The people at Eli Kirk are some of the best people you'll ever meet. They have a good heart, they're smart, and they work hard. It's a fairly young and fun environment. Management makes a fair effort at keeping employees happy by providing activities and events.
Cons
The partners are very disconnected from the day-to-day activities and realities that the teams face. There is a general lack of management (most employees report directly to one of the partners) and the constant absence of the partners who are often out doing business development activities makes it a bit of a free for all. There is often a lack of awareness of the workload and they are often far behind the curve on hiring. That makes it for long days, stressed employees, and unhappy clients. Lastly, a number of clients are personal friends of the partners, creating a lot of issues resulting from the blurry line between personal and professional.
