      Great company, learned a lot and the staff was very helpful to teach and mentor the newer staff.

      Cons

      Small firm, so there wasn't a lot of structure with some things and you had to grow pretty quickly into roles that you might not have been paid the right amount for.

      Pros

      Efficient training and company standards. Friendly environment. Very organized and good communication about deadlines and task. Tried to keep the job fun with occasional company outings.
