      Pros

      Willing to show you the financials of the company, good benefits, willing to pay for additional education Committed to development and learning. I was fortunate enough to work with a great team. Although my timing wasn’t ideal nor was the territory, I was still very appreciative of the support and quality of the engineering team during my time there.

      Cons

      In my specific situation, I was moved around too much within Illinois and couldn’t get a solid reputation among clients (3 times in eleven months). If I would of stayed on a bit longer (without the coronavirus) I do believe that I would of been successful at Ellison.

      I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
