Fast growing company with tons of potential! It is a very collaborative and supportive culture. Love coming to work, love the people, everyone is kind and supportive and willing to help you either learn the process or do things better. The product that we put out is always awesome to see- obviously some is better than others but that has more to do with the clients desire than ours. :) I think our growth and client retention speaks for itself. Everyone here works well together. Any bitterness you are seeing in the other reviews are people that didn't match our culture- maybe they needed more supervision and handholding, maybe they didn't understand what it is like working in a creative environment, let alone a startup company. We focus on teamwork, positivity, and learning from your mistakes- it's safe to assume that those that struggled here probably don't possess those traits. ELM is a great company to work for if you are seeking a better work/life balance, like being surrounded by positive, creative people, and actually think that liking your job is important. :)
