      Based on the contents of this review, we don't believe that this is meant for ELSE, a design consultancy based in London, UK. As with one of the other reviews here, we don't have Engineers here, and the review states 'Associate Project Engineer in Boon Lay, West (Singapore)'. We don't have an presence there.
