Pros
EMC Advertising provides me a healthy, dynamic and growing environment that looks out for its people. I regard my co-workers as “family” who “have each other’s back.” I enjoy being part of the greater mission in becoming the greatest marketing company for our clients.
Cons
Being part of a dynamic small company has it's challenges such as wearing many hats, but I see these more as opportunities for growth and improvement.
