Pros
Small office atmosphere in a big city. Free Dunkin K cups. Fitness facility & parking free. Great location if you like to eat. Lots of options in Crystal City area.
Cons
Commuting. DC traffic is the worst and this department and/or company doesn't have a formal alternate work option like telecommute 1 time per week. I think it's up to the individual manager and not all trust their employees. Morale is lacking a bit in certain departments.
