Great insurance, you can earn bonus days, monthly bonus checks, 4 personal days per year, good point system, good overtime and holiday pay.
Cons
Management in the monitoring room is a JOKE. Extremely unprofessional. Management gossips. If you call in everyone will know (no privacy). Very stressful job and environment (micro management). Only some people have to follow the company rules. LOW starting pay. HIGH turn around rate. Bad training (sink or swim).
