Great company to work for - Electronics Technician EMI Services Employee Review

Team environment; does what is right for the customer. Very competent technicians and line leadership that have no patience for inefficiency or laziness. Management (project manager, president) are regularly on site with employees (maybe a pro and a con?)

People work hard here - if looking for a job to coast, this is not it. Took a while to get new van but worth it when I did.

Their are no pros to working for this company

Extremely unorganized, Management staff lack skills to properly run the divisions, Significant issues with discrimination relating to race, sex, and disabilities. Unskilled labor in many divisions due to management hiring friends and family that do not have the proper experience to complete work. They offer no training, support, or guidance. They get zero stars in every aspect with the exception of their benefits package but only because the labor is hired on through local 602 and are given their benefits package and not directly from EMI.
