Pros

EML&T in Pennsylvania - toxic work environment, avoid at all costs. The company is owned by Deborah Kulick. She leases employees to the local non-profit ambulance corps.

Cons

Too numerous to list, rules and policies are enforced differently from employee to employee as well as from week to week. Low pay, Thete is very little room for advancement

Pros

I got hired by EML at the beginning, I was weary about joining a company that was a new start-up, but the chance to sell an advertising material that no one had seen before was enticing. The leaders were straight up about the growing pains of a being a start-up but offered a commission rate that I have never seen before. It was very generous, and the income potential was enough for me to leave my accounting consulting role that was also a contract position. If you’re willing to pound the pavement and devote your time, the money is real.

Cons

This is hard work. It is not for the faint of heart. The start-up struggles made it difficult to difficult to keep up with all the changes, but leadership was great.
