Pointless meeting after pointless meeting People (especially marketing) love telling everyone how busy they are but little output Ridiculously long processes to get anything done. Can take weeks to have a presentation amended. Impossible to get anything done so people happily coast Very toxic behaviours shown by certain departments, so if you get on the wrong side of people they'll exclude you and make life difficult Hence the office politics comes into play. People will pretend to like you but throw you under the bus wherever possible to get ahead and prove they're actually doing something!
