Pros

This has been a very flexible job, it fits into my schedule and around other work I may have. The hiring process was quick, I was able to start working right away and have been kept busy pretty much full-time since then. The work varies a lot depending on what you are willing to do. Great job for those wanting to work in education/with kids.

Cons

If school isn't in session, it means there isn't any work. Also, you often won't know until the day of the job if you have work that day or where you'll be headed. You have to be willing to get up early and look for work for the best chance at staying busy every day.

Pros

Online system to search for and accept sub assignments Easy to work with to solve issues.

Cons

Although it was easy to set up employment, it took quite a few weeks before I could start working at the time I joined.

Pros

Easy to accept or deny jobs through call-portal.

Cons

Not enough hours for classified work (clerical, regular class assisting). Most of the work in the Classified category will be SPED or Crossing Guard. If working in SPED classes, the pay should increase as there is a bigger need and risk in this program.
