Work hours are Monday thru Friday 7-3:30. No weekend work unless you offer to work and they need to get something completed.
Cons
Management is not truthful to employees, ( president, senior managers to project managers ) sharing company info, lies, takes ever opportunity to cut your check. They promise everything then when your there a bit, everything changes. I was let go because they said they were downsizing, yet I was the only one selected. I was a salaried employee, and one day they decided to change me to hourly via an email, that was about nine months ago. Even though I worked 40 hours the still found a way to cut my check to under 40 hours per week. They do this to a lot of employees.
