Could use more snacks at the office

-employees are fine, well from who survived the last 15 layoffs. -some managers are fine

-lack of structure -unrealistic expectations/bad timelines -little to no notes for service calls -sales department lies to customers -turnover rate is about 90% -forced positivity -telling the truth is not encouraged. You have to lie to customers when a manager tells you to. -you will drive over 100 miles a day, or at most 2 hours one way to a job site.
