Pros
Actually on the onset, the company looks like a very professional, and highly capable company. The leadership & management are excellent salesmen and have branded the company quite well. However on the inside the company is hollow, extremely short sighted and narrow focused, deceptive in its ways of working with internal staff and dishonest with external customers and partners. The pros like being a multinational company, with multi diverse team, and innovative technology are all nothing but a trap to capture unexpecting employees, customers and partners alike. Seriously, do your research and ask the hard questions about the technology, the product and the assess the capability of the company before you join, or do business with this company. If you feel something is amiss during a conversation, explore further and dwell deeper - you will soon realize it's a big gaping hole.
Cons
The leadership & management are filled with salesmen quite unlike a technology company. The technology is a dead technology with very little future ahead. Be careful of what you get into, cause once you get in - there is almost no way out.. It gets really hard for you to grow your career or talent or skills in this company. So watch it. Some staff had this to say about the company, but were forced to take it off by the management some time back, I thought of highlighting this.. See below: 1. Salary delays all the time 2. Lies about income , lies about objective 3. No plan for the company's success 4. No idea what they are selling and whom they are selling it 5. Lies to clients to earn money 6. Too money minded not business driven 7. Delusion of Grandeur 8. Manager with no IT knowledge no software knowledge no presentation skills 9. Chairman full of crazy ideas but no proper planning 10. Oversize with poor delivery 11. Always selling poor grade software based on the chairman's wants and ideas rather than public opinion. 12. Too rush to go in software development 13. Lack of market research 14. No appreciation of workers effort 15. Lack of transparency 16. Crude Lack of Resources , very poor company that cannot afford to buy decent hardware for its own workers 17. Fails to provide motivation to employees 18. Always squeeze all the energy and passion out of its workers 19. Ruin the life of its employees by destroying their dreams and passion not allowing them to take ownership of their work. 20. Lies to clients in every possible ways. With poor presentation, poor deadline management and project management skills. Another employee had to say this: Lies, lies and more lies... I've never seen such liars in my life. From delaying salaries by months on end to making false promises to customers, the company's slogan should be "We overpromise and underdeliver, and feel not shame in that". I do not believe they will survive much longer with such lack of ethics and poor morals, I do wonder how they sleep at night. It is shameful to see such bad management. Companies like these has to be shut down. I highly recommend anyone considering to work here to run, as it will only be disappointing. Don't be fooled by what they do, the products sound like it could be cool, but it is not. And they are definitely, definitely *not* the world's leading company in 3D... Even though they write that on every page of their website.
