Pros

Right person right seat hiring Benefits (paid holidays, unlimited PTO, flex time) Salary Work/life balance

Cons

If you had asked me a year ago, I would have said there are none. But recent changes in leadership have brought unnecessary changes and moved this company in the opposite direction of everything they preach to their community and clients. They just massively laid off an entire department due to "new structure" and their community is going to take a huge hit. Valuable, hardworking employees were let go with zero warning on group Zoom calls, without their managers, with an impersonal script and no room for any questions or concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We continue to strive to implement the right structure for our rapidly growing organization. While we regret that your experience wasn’t optimal, it’s sometimes necessary for companies like EOS® Worldwide to make difficult decisions designed to ensure long-term business continuity. We chose to act swiftly and decisively to avoid inflicting longer-term uncertainty and speculation. We followed our own proven EOS Process® by evaluating structure first and people second, resulting in difficult business decisions. Those decisions were communicated with genuine care and concern for those being released and those retained. EOSW is aware that individuals will have different perspectives and consensus is not feasible regarding decisions like these.

Pros

A lot of intelligent, kind people in the company. Remote work.

Cons

EOS senior leadership preaches and preaches and preaches their values, but they don't live them. Senior leadership is truly out of their depth. What they lack in skill, expertise, and experience they make up for in hubris and overconfidence. There is a kindergarten culture at EOS. Senior leadership consistently talks down to, talks at, and lectures employees (including other leadership). Pay and benefits are mediocre. Consistent and repeated layoffs for the past year.

We understand that this season of change has been difficult for our team members and the company as a whole. However, we categorically disagree with your assessment of the EOSW Leadership Team. You may not realize that there are many stakeholders who contribute to critical and strategic decisions that impact the organization. Recently, those decisions included scaling back our teams and getting "Back to Basics" to achieve the right structure for our company's long-term viability and vision. As a current team member, we encourage you to enter the danger and live the Help First and Do the Right Thing core values by openly and honestly expressing your concerns to EOSW leadership rather than posting your misguided perceptions in an anonymous forum. We have many opportunities for dialogue and would appreciate your constructive feedback rather than harsh judgment based on your own limitations of information and understanding.
