Pros

Remote Work and the Implementers/Franchisees are good people changing business for good

Cons

- Everything else related to corporate/HQ. - Very untrustworthy group of leadership and management. - Leadership and management say one thing, do another - Leadership teams are not aligned - A ton of people have little side gigs because they think they are entrepreneurs also, but instead it means less time working for EOS regardless of "full-time" expectations, which resulted in hard workers being blocked to get anything done. The amount of people who were working less than 30 hours a week while being paid for 40+ was unreal. - The creator of EOS isn't even involved and seems very distant in general...always a red flag for me. Even he doesn't want to be associated it seems by what it's become. - Everything related to software and technology has been a failure. They are years behind and now trying to make up for it, BUT here's the kicker...they have no real strategy or plan to make that happen. - Any reviews that equate EOS to a cult or mlm...it's pretty accurate. - Anytime something isn't working well, they blame it on "purity." Reality is they let people make decisions who had no business making decisions. - They are hurting for cash, lost a ton of money on EOS One builds and now are desperate to make it profitable so are going to hire a ton of developers....until they they throw them away as indispensable minions too. It happens every year.

We understand that those who were impacted by the Reduction-in-Force (RIF) are hurt and upset. Nevertheless, we are disappointed that former team members continue to attack Leadership Team Members by name and we don't feel that the feedback is justified. The bottom line is tough business decisions needed to be made, including simplifying and streamlining business units to improve operations and profitability. That simplification resulted in having to eliminate some positions and people. We provided a number of resources for those impacted and showed genuine care and concern throughout the off-boarding process. We acknowledge that there will be differences of opinion regarding this, however, the changes were made to ensure the long-term health and viability of EOS Worldwide. We remain committed to creating a positive and strong culture rooted in our Core Values as we move forward toward achieving our Vision.

Pros

A lot of intelligent, kind people in the company. Remote work.

Cons

EOS senior leadership preaches and preaches and preaches their values, but they don't live them. Senior leadership is truly out of their depth. What they lack in skill, expertise, and experience they make up for in hubris and overconfidence. There is a kindergarten culture at EOS. Senior leadership consistently talks down to, talks at, and lectures employees (including other leadership). Pay and benefits are mediocre. Consistent and repeated layoffs for the past year.

We understand that this season of change has been difficult for our team members and the company as a whole. However, we categorically disagree with your assessment of the EOSW Leadership Team. You may not realize that there are many stakeholders who contribute to critical and strategic decisions that impact the organization. Recently, those decisions included scaling back our teams and getting "Back to Basics" to achieve the right structure for our company's long-term viability and vision. As a current team member, we encourage you to enter the danger and live the Help First and Do the Right Thing core values by openly and honestly expressing your concerns to EOSW leadership rather than posting your misguided perceptions in an anonymous forum. We have many opportunities for dialogue and would appreciate your constructive feedback rather than harsh judgment based on your own limitations of information and understanding.
