According your skill they took interview for but you will not get engineering work
If u r good at pyspak they will give u project on Scala spark,if u r good at Scala spark they will give u work on Java spark,if u good at all python,Java,Scala they will give some tool based work but while interview ask only spark and AWS ,Hadoop questions
Manager will directly say u work Saturday n Sunday and streching work hours if u raise ur voice they every metting they point and pin u and give ur example , micro management by project manager,very small project every 3 to 6 month u change project and very tight deadlines becoz client donot believe on epam due to they committed big project in short time due to this engineer need to work hard and after stabling project they say project completion n search another project it's good for freshers but not for experienced data engineer but provide good compansetion
