Pros
Benefits are good. Big global company means better healthcare. Plenty of learning and skill building opportunities for employees who are in the engineering/technical roles. Met some cool people and made friends there.
Cons
There are a lot of cons. First and foremost, the pay is absurdly low compared to other agencies and global companies. Several of the marketing leaders are petty and prone to blatant favoritism. Performance review cycles only go one way, the manager giving feedback to their direct reports, and annual bonuses aren't paid until the April of the next year. There's tons of red tape. If you have a good manager, you'll see plenty of growth opportunities. If you don't have a good manager, you'll get stuck in a middle-of-the-road position without any mobility or pay increases. Work/life balance has room for improvement. Another area where if you have a good manager you'll be fine but if not, you're screwed.
