      Pros

      When I joined I took a lot from the internal opportunities provided: learning, growth, mentorship, communities, etc.

      Cons

      But year by year I have been meeting people who misfollow properly established processes, treat guidelines their own way, don't value individuals, etc. Even people on the very top positions may put your nose into cats' urine. When this happens on the second level, it will happen on lower levels, and as a result RMs care of their KPIs, rather than their subordinates.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
