      Currently you can be staffed to a project that has money without any regard to your personal goals and development. Staffing coordinators don't know what they are doing and what is the difference between different areas of expertise. In general company is in crisis, I'm planning to leave

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
