      Good CTC offered, Give you 3 chances for Client Rounds, Internal Interviewer expects the exact answer from you what they know.

      Cons

      Hectic Environment on Bench period, Internal Interviews very tough. They'll try to put you any kind of project by any how, if you joined as Developer no matter for them. If they have vacancy for tester, support then they'll force you to join, after joining if you join for other city and client from from another city they force you to go client location. Very Very Hectic Environment on Bench, some time you feel you got heart attack situation.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
